Elizabeth Zizik

Managing Director

Elizabeth is our Managing Director on a mission to revolutionise menstrual healthcare within Nurse-Led Clinics using integrative health frameworks. Elizabeth is known for her strategy, insight and analytical mind. She has been involved in a number of projects within the health sector, working groups, and board positions.

Elizabeth has collaborated with the project Changing Lenses, a values-based leadership workshop inspiring change from within, and focusing on how empathy, culture and kindness can be used to develop strong organisations and communities. She has been involved with the development of the New Zealand Sleep Foundation, governance for Te Hā o Hine-ahu-one (Palmerston North Women's Health Collective), and the Kind Heart’s Trust.

As a Registered Nurse, Clinical Nutritionist, and Medical Herbalist she has a special interest in mental, hormonal and reproductive health. She works with clients nationally and globally and is an experienced Mental Health Nurse.

Isobella D’Aiello

Isobella leads the creative direction of Hekate marketing and branding concepts. She oversees content creation for SEO, blogs, video and text content on social media platforms. As a Clinical Nutritionist and Medical Herbalist, Isobella is a well sought after clinician, seeing clients locally, nationally and internationally, from a variety of ages, cultures and reproductive health needs.

Isobella is also a Trustee at Startup Dunedin, an initiative of the Grow Dunedin Partnership and is funded by the DCC, Callaghan Innovation, University of Otago, and Otago Polytechnic.
